About the Training
The Intelligent Practice™ is my signature 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training held in Sri Lanka — a transformational 16-day immersion designed to help you deepen your practice, understand your body, and become teacher-ready with confidence.
This training is rooted in The Axis Method™, my fascia-informed, alignment-focused movement education system that blends modern anatomy, functional movement, nervous system intelligence and yogic philosophy.
You’ll spend 16 days surrounded by nature, practicing, learning, exploring, reflecting and expanding. This training isn’t a retreat — it’s an immersive, life-changing deep-dive that will challenge you, support you and awaken parts of yourself you didn’t even know were there.
Set in a vibrant coastal environment in Sri Lanka, this yoga teacher training offers full immersion in learning, practice, and self inquiry. Surrounded by clear waters and palm lined beaches, the setting supports focus, presence, and deeper integration away from everyday distractions.

“So right from the start we were thrown into the deep end in the best way possible, teaching from the very start of the course, and so by the end of it I just felt so confident and so prepared to actually take what I had learned and offer it in a real life class environment”
