The Axis Yoga Workshops are specialised yoga offerings that dive in a little deeper on a particular focus area, peak posture, posture family or specific intention.

These longer format or intensive yoga offerings give you more time to hone in on targeted tools, skills and techniques that will elevate your practice and take it to another level. The workshops explore ways to modify, adapt or progress the practice and support the health of your body, mind and energy. The Axis Yoga workshops will encourage you to explore new techniques or refine current ways of moving, breathing and exploring your potential. The end of these workshops is also a time to ask questions and think about how you can take some of what you’ve learnt and apply it to your current practice and continue the progress you started. We believe this a life practice and these workshops are designed to support the longevity of your practice and keep your body humming with a balance of strength, mobility, breath and mindfulness.
